摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声检查正常及患病成人上臂肌群的方法及其声像图特征。方法使用高频超声检查30名正常成人60侧上臂肌群,讨论正常成人上臂肌群的检查方法及声像图特征;描述并记录9例单侧上臂病变患者的声像图特征。结果以骨骼、血管、神经作为解剖标志,详细描述了正常成人上臂肌群的超声检查方法及其与周围骨骼、血管、神经的毗邻关系;记录了上臂常见疾病的声像图特征。结论高频超声可清晰显示正常成人上臂肌群,并可作为上臂疾病的首选检查方法。Objective To investigate high-frequency ultrasound examination methods of upper arm muscle groups in normal adults and manifestations of common abnormalities.Methods Sixty upper arm muscle groups in 30 normal adults were examined with high-frequency ultrasound.The ultrasonic characteristics and examinational methods of upper arm muscle groups in normal adults were analyzed.Meanwhile,the ultrasonic findings of 9 patients with upper arm abnormalities were described and recorded.Results Taking bones,vascellums and nerves as the anatomic landmarks,the examinational methods and adjoining relationships of the bones,vascellums,nerves surrounding upper arm muscle groups in normal adults were illuminated in detail.The ultrasonic findings of upper arms with common diseases were recorded.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound can display upper arm muscle groups clearly in normal adults.It can be used as the first choice for detecting upper arm diseases.
