摘  要:γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)是人体中重要的抑制性神经递质,但其浓度很难在体测量。本文采用小波分析方法对1H-MRS波谱数据进行分析处理,通过抑制肌酸(Cr)信号来提取GABA峰:首先分析5名正常成年人普通PRESS序列扫描的数据(共15组),其中12组出现GABA峰;然后将此方法与J-difference edited脉冲序列对4名未成年人的扫描结果进行对比;最后处理2只正常恒河猴与致其癫痫后的脑部MRS数据。3个步骤的处理均得到比较满意的结果,成功提取出了与Cr重叠的GABA峰(3.00 ppm)。The γ-Aminobutyric acid(GABA) is an important catastaltic neurotransmitter in human body,but its concentration is difficult to be measured in vivo.In this paper,wavelet transformation was used to extract GABA by suppressing creatine(Cr) in analyzing 1H-MRS data: First 15 groups of data set of 5 healthy people scanned with PRESS sequence were analyzed,and GABA was detected in 12 of them.Then the results of the proposed method were compared with those of J-difference edited sequence obtained by 4 minors.At last,MRS data in 2 healthy monkey head and epileptic monkey head were analyzed.All processes were successful to obtain GABA that overlapped with Cr in 3.00 ppm.
