授精激活介质对大眼鳜精子活力的影响

摘  要:以不同pH溶液、不同浓度的葡萄糖和Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+4种不同浓度金属离子及河水、曝气自来水、去离子水、蒸馏水4种水体作为授精激活介质,探讨大眼鳜(Siniperca kneri)精子在不同激活液中的活力变化。结果表明,pH为8.0时精子活力最强。大眼鳜精子的活力受葡萄糖、Na+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+浓度的影响,葡萄糖浓度为1.5 g/L时精子活力最强,Na+、K+、Mg2+和Ca2+溶液浓度分别为75、0.9、15和10 mmol/L时精子活力最强。4种水体中精子活力由强到弱的顺序依次为蒸馏水、去离子水、曝气自来水和河水。The sperm motility of Siniperca kneri were investigated in 4 different solutions and of the river water, the tap water, the deionized water and distilled water, different solutions and waters, including different pH, different concentration of glucose, Na^+,K^+,Ca^2+ and Mg^2+. The results showed that the highest sperm motility was appeared in pH 8.0; The sperm motility of Siniperca kneri was affected by the glucose and the concentrations of Na^+,K^+,Mg^2+,Ca^2+, the highest sperm motility occurred when the concentration of glucose is 1.5 g/L; The highest sperm motility was appeared when the concentrations of Na^+,K^+,Mg^2+,Ca^2+ were 75,0.9,15 and 10 mmol/L respectively. The sperm motility in the distilled water, the deionized water, the tap water and the river water showed a trend from strong to weak.
