摘 要:文章通过对部分双壁钢套箱围堰所采用的墩位处拼装下水、码头或岸边拼装后大中型吊机起吊入水再浮运至墩位、码头或岸边拼装后浮运至墩位后再大中型浮吊起吊入水、沉船法下水、特大型浮吊整体起吊下水、气囊法下水等几种不同的围堰下水方式,总结出各下水方式的适用条件及优缺点。得出双壁钢套箱围堰应综合考虑围堰尺寸和重量、水深和流速、水面宽度、通航要求、运输距离和条件、起吊装备能力、工期、安全、经济效益等因素进行选择。在深水、低桩承台基础施工时应优选气囊法和大吨位吊机起吊的围堰下水方式。Through the part double-wall steel cofferdams of the pier box situated water,dock or the shore made after crane hookon large assembly into the water to float shipped to the pier bits,dock or the shore after floating shipped to the pier made a large again after FuDiao hookon into water,sunken ships method FuDiao overall hookon water,oversize,balloon method such as water water,several different cofferdam,sums up the advantages and disadvantages of way water of launching suitable.Draw double-wall steel cofferdam of box should be taken into account in size and weight,cofferdam depth and velocity,the water width,navigation requirements,transportation distance and conditions,hookon equipment ability,time limit,safety and economic benefit local factors such as choice.In the deep water,low pile caps foundation construction should airbag method and selection of large tonnage crane lifted cofferdam way.
