企业自主创新的多元资金支持模型实证研究

摘　　要：企业自主创新是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,但近年来其发展受到融资问题的严重制约。在分析政府、企业及金融体系投入与企业自主创新能力间关系的基础上,建立了企业自主创新的多元资金支持模型,探讨了不同投入主体对企业自主创新能力的作用机理,并依据企业层面调研数据对模型进行了实证研究。结果表明:增加政府投入、企业投入和金融体系支持,对提升企业创新水平、创新产品收益和企业创新技术收益有显著的正向影响,其中企业投入的影响程度较之政府和金融体系更为明显。Independent innovation capability of enterprises plays an important role in national innovation system, but the development of independent innovation capability is severely restricted hy enterprises＂ financing problem in recent years. Based on the analysis of the mechanism and relationship among government, enterprise, financial system and independent innovation capability, the model of multiple capital support is established. According to empirical tests by investigation da ta of enterprise level, this paper concludes that the government investment system, financial support system, and enter prise investment system have positive influence on the enterprise innovation level, innovation product income and new technology income, the enterprise investment of which has better effect.
