摘　　要：对管螺纹成形机传动装置进行了设计方案分析和比较,设计了无轴式二级齿轮传动装置,应用Matlab软件对其尺寸参数进行了优化,使该传动装置结构紧凑,便于移动。Design schemes for gear system of pipe thread forming machines were analyzed and compared to design a shaftless two-stage gear system and to have its size parameters optimized with Matlab software. The compact structure and easy to move characterize this gear system.
