摘 要:利用光耦的控制与隔离的性能,提出了新的混合式交流接触器控制方案。将光耦、晶闸管与三相交流接触器相结合,组成混合式交流接触器。通过以光耦为核心的简化的电路控制晶闸管的导通与关断,同时实现控制电路和主电路的电气隔离,具有性价比高,控制电路简单,通用性强等优点。阐述了该混合式交流接触器的控制原理并进行了无弧分断的实验验证。According to the control and isolation performances of the optocoupler,a new control scheme of the hybrid AC contactor is proposed in this paper.Combining the optocoupler,SCR and the three-phase AC contactors,the hybrid AC contactor is composed.The optocoupler is used as the core of the simplified control circuit to turn on and off the SCR,while the electrical isolation between the control and the main circuit is achieved.The control scheme has the advantages of high cost performance,simple control circuit,versatility and so on.In this paper,the control theory of the hybrid AC contactor is described and the experimental verification of the breaking circuit without arc is carried out.
