冷丙酮固定剂在骨髓活组织塑料冷包埋切片免疫组化染色中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨骨髓活组织塑料冷包埋切片免疫组化染色技术在血液系统疾病诊断和治疗中的应用。方法:在不脱钙的骨髓活组织塑料冷包埋切片上,采用经典免疫组化技术SP染色法。结果:冷丙酮固定剂在骨髓活组织塑料冷包埋免疫组化染色中,效果优于Bouin固定液(P<0.05),-20℃操作条件下免疫组化结果优于4℃(P<0.05)。结论:冷丙酮固定骨髓活组织塑料冷包埋免疫组化染色技术,结果稳定,特异性高,敏感性强。Objective：To explore the application value of plastic embedded sections of bone marrow biopsy by immunohistochemistry in the diagnosis and treatment of blood diseases.Methods：Plastic embedded sections of bone marrow biopsy by immunohistochemistry staining.Results：Acetone fixed dose in plastic-embedded bone marrow immunohistochemical detection,better than Bouin fixative（P0.05）,-20 ℃ operating conditions,results of immunohistochemistry was superior to 4 ℃（P0.05）.Conclusion：Based on bone marrow biopsy immunohistochemistry stability,high specificity and sensitivity in the pathogenesis of hematological diseases and pathological types have significant value.
