摘　　要：比哈尔人问题是南亚分治造成的遗留问题。孟加拉国难民区的比哈尔人忍受着非常糟糕的生活,希望遣返巴基斯坦并得到巴认同。然而,遣返好像遥遥无期。比哈尔人问题阻碍了孟巴关系的发展,相关各方需要积极寻求可行的解决方案。The Biharis issue has always been a problem that originated in the two partitions in the South Asian subcontinent.The Biharis living in Bangladesh have long suffered from miserable life in camps,but they still cherish a dream of repatriation to Pakistan despite being hardly realized in the foreseeable future.The Biharis issue has spoiled Bangladesh-Pakistan relations and the parties concerned need to find a feasible way out.
