不同生根剂对油茶芽苗移栽生长的影响

摘　　要：在油茶(Camellia oleifera Abel)芽苗砧嫁接容器育苗中,于芽苗移栽到容器之前,分别用3种生根剂911生根剂、GGR6号生根粉、ABT3号生根粉处理芽苗根部,其他育苗条件相同,探讨不同生根剂对油茶芽苗移栽生长的影响。结果表明,3种生根剂对芽苗的生长产生了显著的影响,不论是苗木移栽成活率、苗高、地径粗度,还是生根数、须根长度,都比不用生根剂的对照要好得多。移栽成活率分别比对照高8、12、9个百分点,平均苗高分别比对照高0.34、2.07、1.73 cm,平均地径粗度分别比对照提高了40.1%、46.9%、34.9%,须根数分别比对照多了2、5、3条;须根长度分别比对照长1.1、2.8、2.2 cm。Sprout-stocks of Camellia oleifera Abel were grafted in breeding containers.The roots of sprout-stock were treated with different three growth hormone agents 911 rooting agent,GGR No.6 and ABT No.3,while breeding conditions were the same.The transplanting survival rate,seedling height,diameter on the ground,rootage number and fibrous root length of the three rooting hormone agents treatment were far better than those of the control.Compared with control,transplanting survival rate was 8%,12%,9% higher,average seedling height was 0.34,2.07,1.73 cm higher,average diameter on the ground was 40.1%,46.9%,34.9% greater,fibrous root number was 2,5,3 pieces more,fibrous root length was 1.1,2.8,2.2 cm more respectively.
