摘 要:通过肚倍的切片观察和酚含量测定,分析了肚倍蚜(Kaburagia rhusicola Takagi)瘿内生活所取食的部位和食物中酚物质的大致浓度。结果表明,肚倍的外壁、中层和内壁组织结构大不相同,肚倍中层的细胞相对较大,是酚物质的主要储存场所;肚倍内壁的细胞较小且排列松散,内壁中维管组织的韧皮部是肚倍蚜主要的取食部位。肚倍的中层和内壁在酚含量上也存在较大的差异,肚倍的中层总酚含量为48.5%左右,内壁为18.8%,而汁液中的含量为8.7%。肚倍蚜以刺吸的方式吸取单宁含量较低的植物汁液,这是一种对虫瘿环境的行为学适应。The position and approximate phenol concentration that Kaburagia rhusicola Takagi fed were analyzed by observing the slice of the gallnut and detecting the phenol concentration.It was showed that there were significant difference among the ektexine,intraepidermal and middle layer of gallnut under microscope,the cells of middle layer were the main location that plant phenol was stored in.The cells were larger than the others and were closely linked.K.rhusicola feed on the intraepidermal phloem where the cells were loosely arranged.There also was significant difference in phenol concentration between the intraepidermal and middle layer,the phenol concentration in middle layer of gallnut was about 48.5%,while in the intraepidermal and juice was 18.8% and 8.7% respectively.The results indicated that the phenol from different parts of the gallnuts were not at the same level,the aphids could intake less tannin from the juice by probe sucking,which was an adaptation to the gall environment.
