摘  要:河南信阳上天梯非金属矿矿区环境污染和生态破坏等问题突出,为有效地保护和合理开发利用矿产资源,必须①建立、健全矿山环境保护制度;②建立现代企业制度,调整产业结构;③推行清洁生产,消除结构性污染;④综合利用尾矿;⑤植树造林,发展生态旅游业。实现资源、环境、经济、社会的持续协调发展。The environmental pollution and ecological damage and other issues in Xinyang Shangtianti are becoming increasingly evident. Specific measures and countermeasures are proposed for reasonable exploitation and application and effective protection of mineral resources to achieve sustainable development. First, establish and improve mine environmental protection system. Second, establish a modem enterprise system and adjust the industrial structure. Third, implement cleaner production and eliminate structural pollution. Four, comprehensively utilize tailings. Finally, develop afforestation and eco-tourism.
