摘 要:为保证软件项目计划能够得到有效的实现,研究了一种在项目进行过程中对计划的执行情况进行监督与控制的新方法,并结合一些实际项目的数据进行分析。新方法采用系统论的思想,将整个计划作为一个有机的整体来进行监督与控制,并重点研究了自顶向下估计方法中软件项目的规模、工作量及进度等关系到项目成败的关键因素的监控。在研究过程中,既分析了如何对单个监控项进行监控,又考虑了各监控项间的内在联系,从过程管理的角度进行研究,从而形成了一个完整的监控体系。实际应用数据表明该方法能够确保项目计划的有效执行,且能够被应用于其他策划方法的监控。A new monitoring and control method on the implementation of the plan during the progress of the project was studied combined with some actual project data, which is to make sure that software project plans could be realized effectively. The new method adopted the idea of system theory and regarded the plan as an associative whole for monitoring and control. The monitoring and control of some crucial factors was regarded as the emphasis of the study, such as seftware project size, effort and schedule that were estimated by top - down estimation method. During the study, both the monitoring of a single item and the intrinsic relationship of all monitored items are analyzed in terms of process management, and an integrated monitoring and control system was ultimately formed. The actual data indicate that this method could ensure the effective performance of the project plan, and could also be applied to the monitoring and control of other planning methods.
