摘　　要：县域经济作为增强省级行政区经济实力的关键支撑和统筹城乡协调发展的重要环节,其发展壮大是经济社会持续快速发展的重要基础和动力源泉,中等县是县域经济中最重要的组成部分,中等县县域经济发展的速度和水平直接决定着县域经济的发展程度,中等县县域经济的发展模式主要是追赶式和模仿式的,实现跨越式发展需要坚持以工业富县为主导,以特色农业为基础,以服务业为支撑,以产业现代化为动力,以农业结构转型为保证。County economy as the key support to enhance the province＇s economic strength and the important segment of making an overall coordinated harmonious development in urban and rural areas, its development and growth is the important foundation and source of inspiration for sustained and rapid economic and social development of Heilongjiang Province. Medium - county is the important part of county economy, the speed of a medium county＇s economic development level directly determines the degree of development of development of county economy in the province. The economic development model of medium - county is mainly to catch up and imitate the style - type. The great- leap- forward development need to adhere to take the industry as the leading factor, and characteristics of agriculture as the foundation, service business as the support, and industrial modernization as a driving force, the transformation of agricultural structure as a support.
