纱力拉真空调湿定形机在长丝筒染中的应用

摘　　要：采用纱力拉真空调湿定型对热收缩性较大的长丝进行筒染前预缩处理,并在立信LABWIN筒子染缸中染色测试。试验表明,采用纱力拉饱和蒸汽处理后,能有效改善染色质量、增加每个染色筒子重量减少纱线损耗及降低染色成本。Pre-shrinking of high thermo-shrinking filaments using the XORELLA vacuum conditioning and heat setting machine is performed first and then cone dyeing of the filaments are conducted by FONG'S package dyeing machine. The test results indicate that XORELLA saturated steam treatment can effectively improve the dyeing quality, increase each bobbin weight, lessen the yarn loss and reduce production cost.
