摘  要:用紫外可见分光光度计对烟草叶面分泌物提取液进行定量检测,并对不同基因型烟草叶面分泌物的二氯甲烷萃取液进行全波长扫描分析.结果发现,235 nm处有一特征吸收峰,在此波长下建立定量测定的回归方程,并对回归方程的准确性进行检验,发现235 nm处的检测误差小于5%.用分光光度法可对烟草叶面分泌物进行快速、简便有效的定量检测.The exudates from tobacco leaf surface glandular were tested by UV-visible absorption spectrum. The CH2Cl2 extracts from the different tobacco genotypes of leaf surface were investigated by wavelength Scanning spectrometer in the range of 200 - 1 000 nm. There was a stronger absorption peak at 235 nm for the different tobacco genotypes. Regression equation was obtained with standard solutions. Its accuracy was tested under 235 nm and the error was less than 5%. The correlation was higher, which may- be relevant to that terpenoid components (the major components of tobacco leaf surface glandular exudates). The spectrophotography by spectrometer maybe the simple and easy determination of the leaf surface glandular exudates of tobacco.
