摘　　要：文章结合An Khe水电站,论述了不衬砌隧洞设计应遵循的基本原则,以及具体应用时的判断标准,同时阐述了集渣坑及永久交通的设计。Combining with the the An Khe hydropower station, the paper discusses the the basic design principles to be followed and specific criteria to be applied for the non-lining diversion tunnel, and describes the design of set slag pit and permanent traffic.
