摘　　要：针对当前我国农村电子政务发展的落后状况,以及农村信息基础设施的发展现状,构建一个农村电子政务顶层架构来指导我国农村电子政务的建设,已成为十分迫切的需要。文章针对我国农村当前的基本情况,比较了城乡电子政务的异同,构建一个基于云计算的农村电子政务顶层架构CC-REGA,并分析了该架构的层次功能;最后,应用Hadoop开源云平台搭建了一个农村电子政务云服务实验平台。With the situation of the backwardness of the development on rural e-government,and the development of information infrastructure in rural situation in our country,to build a top-level structure of rural e-government to guide the construction of rural e-governance has become a very urgent need.Thesis,aim to the basic situation of China＇s rural present,compared the similarities and differences between urban and rural e-government,to build a cloud computing-based top-level structure of rural e-government（CC-REGA）,and analyzed the functions.Finally,an experiment cloud service platform for rural e-government is built based on Hadoop.
