摘　　要：对安徽省普通高校课余体育竞赛的现状和发展作出详细分析,在系统分析当前课余体育竞赛利弊的基础上,结合各高校当前实际情况提出发展课余体育竞赛的有效途径和方法。This paper gives a detailed analysis of the current situation and future development of extracurricular physical education contests in regular colleges and universities in Anhui province.On the basis of the systematic analysis of advantages and disadvantages of current extracurricular physical education contests,considering the real situations in colleges and universities,it scientifically offers effective ways and methods to promote extracurricular physical education contests.
