摘　　要：从工作示范、指导、协调和整合四个方面来说明省级图书馆在全省的图书馆建设中所发挥的作用。This paper expounds the role of the provincial library in constructing libraries in the whole province from the following four aspects： the demonstration,direction,coordination and the resource integration.
