中国大运河与加拿大里多运河对比研究

摘　　要：从运河遗产现状、遗产构成、遗产价值和遗产管理四个方面,对中国大运河和加拿大里多运河进行了对比研究。在遗产保护上,要对中国大运河不通航河道进行整治,保护堤岸形态,并逐步恢复河流生态系统;在遗产构成上,中国大运河附属遗产数量多,类型十分丰富;在遗产价值评估上,宜采用世界遗产突出普遍价值的评估标准来阐述其突出普遍价值;在遗产管理上,需要借鉴加拿大遗产备忘录制度。最后,对中国大运河申遗类型进行了展望,中国大运河可以按遗产运河进行申遗,也可以按照文化线路进行申遗。This article from the heritage status, heritage composition, heritage value and heritage management four aspects between the Grand Canal in China and Rideau Canal in Canada makes a comparative study. Some conclusions are as follows ： In heritage conservation, the section of un-navigable in the Grand Canal needs to protect the bank and restore river ecological system gradually. In heritage composition, the Grand Canal＇ s heritage number, and type are very rich. In heritage value evaluation, Evaluation standard of （I）, （iii）, and （iv） should be adapted to elaborate its outstanding universal value. In heritage management, Canada＇ s heritage memos system should be guided in the Grand Canal＇ s management. At last, the Grand Canal can apply for canal heritage or culture route.
