消化性溃疡患者外周血红细胞免疫功能的变化和血清胃泌素水平的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨了消化性溃疡患者外周血红细胞免疫功能的变化和血清胃泌素(Gastrin)水平的相关性。方法:应用免疫法和放射免疫分析对51例消化性溃疡患者进行了外周血红细胞免疫功能和血清Gastrin进行检测,并与35例健康对照组作比较。结果:消化性溃疡患者RBC-C3bRR水平显著降低(P<0.01),而血清Gastrin水平显著升高(P<0.01)。RBC-C3bRR水平与血清Gastrin水平呈显著的负相关(r=-0.3828,P<0.01)。RBC-ICRRR水平显著地高于健康对照组(P<0.01),与血清Gastrin水平呈显著正相关(r=0.4185,P<0.01)。结论:消化性溃疡患者存在免疫调节紊乱,红细胞免疫功能低下与血清Gastrin水平有一定的相关性。Objective To explore the relationship between changes of peripheral blood red blood cells immuno-function status and serum gastrin level in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods RBC immuno-function status was studied with immune methods and serum gastrin level was measured with RIA in 51 patients with peptic ulcer and compared with 35 healthy control group. Results RBC-C3bRR percentage was significantly lower in patients with peptic ulcer than that in controls（P0.01）,while serum gastrin level was significantly higher（P0.01）.RBC-C3bRR was significantly nagatively correlated to serum gastrin（r=-0.3828,P0.01）.RBC-ICRRR percentage was prominently higher than that in healthy controls（P0.01）,and RBC-ICRRR was positively correlated to serum gastrin level（r=0.4185,P0.01）.Conclusion There were disturbance of RBC immune-regulation with suppressed immune function and higher gastrin levels in patients with peptic ulcer.
