食管癌患者手术治疗前后血清IGF-Ⅰ、VEGF和TSGF检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探索食管癌患者手术治疗前后血清胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)水平的变化及临床意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析、酶联法和化学法对31例食管癌患者进行了血清IGF-Ⅰ、VEGF和TSGF检测,并与35例正常健康人作比较。结果:食管癌患者在手术前血清IGF-Ⅰ、VEGF和TSGF水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),经手术治疗6个月后则与正常人组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:检测食管癌患者血清IGF-Ⅰ、VEGF和TSGF水平的变化对观察病情和预后判断均具有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the significance of determimation of post-operative changes of serum IGF-Ⅰ,VEGF and TSGF levels in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods Serum IGF-Ⅰ（with RIA）,VEGF（with ELIA）,TSGF（with chemistry） levels were determined both before and after operation in 31 patients with esophageal cancer and 35 normal healthy persons as controls.Results Before operation the serum IGF-Ⅰ,VEGF and TSGF levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in controls（P0.01）.Six months after operation,the differences between the levels in patients and controls were not significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion Changes of serum IGF-Ⅰ,VEGF and TSGF contents after operation might be of prognostic importance in patients with esophageal cancer.
