摘　　要：短信市场经过连续几年的蓬勃发展,目前已经进入到了一个发展的平稳期。如何继续发掘短信业务的潜力、寻求和开发新的业务增长点,来满足用户日益增长、丰富、多元化的需求,已成为短信业务发展面临的迫切问题。基于此,本文提出了短信增值业务系统区域集中化的建设思想。After booming development for Consecutive years,Now SMS market has entered to a stable development stage.How to continue to explore the potential of SMS,find and develop new business for satisfying the users＇ increasingly,rich and diversified needs.Which has been the urgent problem for SMS.Base on that,we carry out the construction for Short Message Value-added Service system regional centralization.
