摘　　要：在分析我国生物医药产学研联盟发展现状及问题基础上，针对生物医药产业的特点，从健全法规制度、加强宏观指导、完善利益机制、创新发展模式及拓宽融资渠道等5个方面，提出了加快推进生物医药产学研战略联盟的对策建议。We analyzed the current situation and problems of biomedical enterprise-university- research institute alliance in China. According to the features of the alliance, we put forward strategies in five aspects： to improve relavant legislation, to strengthen macro guidance, to improve the interest mechanism, to innovate the development mode and to broden the financing channels.
