摘　　要：通过对江苏农村卫生室就诊人群的常见疾病及农村自然人群常见疾病的调查，发现农村居民慢性疾病高血压、糖尿病等疾病主动就诊率低，需要发挥村卫生室在农民健康档案的建立、健康教育、慢性疾病管理的作用，使之成为慢性疾病防治的主要力量。We investigated the common diseases in patients from village clinics and compared them to those of the general population in rural areas of Jiangsu Province. We found that the treatment rates of chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus were quite low. Village clinics should play a more active role in health record management, healthcare education, and management of chronic diseases for the farmers.
