山东省科技查新机构工作现状的调查与分析

摘　　要：调查了山东省具备科技查新资质的26家查新机构的查新文献资源、人员配备、业务开展、制度建设等情况，分析了目前省内科技查新工作存在的问题和原因，并提出了合理化建议。In this paper, we surveyed the 26 science and technology （S＆T） novelty search institutes in Shandong province, to reveal their literature resource, the personnels, business development, and system construction. We also analyzed the existing problems in novelty search service and suggested corresponding measures.
