摘　　要：本科办学10年来,学校改革发展的实践充分证明,只有坚持党对高校的领导,充分发挥学校党委的领导核心作用,才能全面贯彻党的教育方针,推动各项事业科学发展。围绕中心抓党建,抓好党建促发展,是学校党建工作积累的基本经验。"十二五"时期,是学校改革发展的关键时期,必须坚定不移地全面加强党的建设,以党建工作的良好成效促进学校科学发展,培养和造就社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人。The reform and development at the university since the establishment of the university have proved that the Party＇s educational policy can be soundly practiced to promote the scientific development of all causes only by insisting on the Party＇s leadership and making full use of the Party＇s leadership at the university.The successful experience for construction of the Party at the university is to develop construction of the Party with focus and the sound construction of the Party will promote the development in turn.The ＂twelve-year period＂ is the key period for the reform and development for the university.During the key period,it is of great importance to enhancing the sound construction of the Party,and the construction will promote the scientific development of the university,training and educating constructor of quality and reliable successor for the socialist cause.
