摘  要:轮藻是一类大型沉水藻类植物,喜生长于含钙质丰富的硬水和透明度较高的水中.抚仙湖是我国典型的高原深水湖泊,为了解其轮藻植物群落结构及时空格局特征,2005 2011年对抚仙湖沉水植物进行了调查.在抚仙湖共采集沉水植物12种,其中轮藻植物2种:轮藻Charasp.和丽藻Nitellasp..抚仙湖轮藻植物平均生物量约为1121 g/m2,占沉水植物生物量的20.06%.轮藻植物主要分布在海口湖区,平均生物量为7 053 g/m2,约占沉水植物生物量的57.8%.轮藻植物分布在沉水植物的外界,分布水深较大,平均水深为5.5~8.4m,体现了深水湖泊的特点.8月11月抚仙湖轮藻生物量比较稳定,约为1725g/m2,4月份生物量最低,为227g/m2.2010年与2005和2009年的调查结果相比,抚仙湖轮藻的生物量呈上升趋势.Charophyte,one of the submerged macroalgae,adapts to live in the water with rich calcium and high transparency.To understand community structure and spatial-temporal patter of charophyte in Fuxian Lake,a representative deep plateau lake in China,surveys were carried out on the submerged macrophytes in the lake from 2005 to 2011.In total,12 species of submerged macrophytes were collected in Fuxian Lake,of which,charophyte had two species:Chara sp.and Nitella sp..The average biomass of charophyte in Fuxian Lake was 121g/m2,accounting for 20.06% of the biomass of submerged macrophytes.Charophyte mainly distributed in the area of Haikou,with the average biomass 7 053 g/m2,accounting for 57.8% of the biomass of submerged macrophytes.Charophyte distributed in the deeper waters than other submerged macrophytes in Fuxian Lake,with the average water depth from 5.5~8.4 m.The distribution patter of submerge macrophyte showed the characteristics of the deep lakes.The biomass of charophyte was stable from August to November in Fuxian Lake,with the average biomass 1 725g/m2,and the biomass 227g/m2 in April was lowest.The biomass of charophyte in Fuxian Lake in 2010 increased compared with the investigations in 2005 and 2009.
