摘 要:目的探讨产前超声检查宫腔内条带状回声的来源、性质及其与胎儿生长发育的关系。方法对81例产前超声诊断中发现宫腔内条带状回声的孕妇进行追踪随访观察和分析。结果形成宫腔内条带状回声的病因包括①羊膜带综合征3例,②轮状胎盘2例,③纵隔子宫4例,④宫腔粘连带65例。81例发现宫腔内条带状回声的孕妇中,有刮宫术等宫腔操作史的57例;合并胎儿畸形3例,无胎儿畸形78例。结论孕期宫腔内条带状回声对胎儿生长发育的影响及是否合并胎儿畸形与条带样结构的来源和性质密切相关。刮宫术等宫腔操作可能是引起宫腔粘连带的因素之一,系统规范的超声检查及定期随诊观察对判断宫腔内条带状回声的性质具有重要的作用和意义。Objective To evaluate the source and peculiarity of echogenic band in prenatal ultrasonography and the relationship between echogenic band and the growth and development of fetus. Methods Eighty-one pregnant women who were found having echogenic band during antenatal sonographic diagnosis were followed up and analyzed. Results The frequent species of echogenic band in uterus during prenatal ultrasonography included amniotic band syndrome(3 cases),rotiform placenta(2 cases),uterus septus(4 cases)and intrauterine adhering zone(65 cases).There were 57 pregnant women who had the history of dilatation and curettage among the 81 pregnant women.Three out of the 81 pregnant women were complicated with fetal anomaly. Conclusion Whether the echogenic band influences the growth and development of fetus and causes fetal anomaly is closely correlated with the source and peculiarity of echogenic band.Dilatation and curettage may be one of the reasons of intrauterine adhering zone.Normal and systemic ultrasonic inspection and periodic follow-up are important to judge the peculiarity of echogenic band and its influence on the growth and development of fetus.
