摘 要:为解决加工混合高酸原油电脱盐时原油乳化、原油电导率高和脱盐率不合格问题,通过模拟实验对破乳剂和电脱盐工艺条件进行了研究,得出了最佳条件:采用三级电脱盐,每级注破乳剂30μg/g,注水6%,混合150次,前两级每级注降电流剂50μg/g,电场强度为800 V/cm,第三级电场强度为1 000 V/cm。实验结果表明,在此条件下原油脱后盐的质量浓度小于3 mg/L,水的质量分数小于0.3%。To find solution to the problems of easy emulsification,higher crude conductivity and off-specification of desalted crude in desalting of mixed high TAN crudes,a series of researches have been made on demulsifiers and electric desalting process conditions through simulation tests,and the optimized process conditions found are: application of three-stage electro-static desalting process,130 ℃ temperature,30 μg/g dosage of demulsifier at each stage,6 wt% water injection,mixing 150 times,injection of 50 ppm current reduction agent for the first two stages,800 V/cm electric field intensity and 1 000 V/cm for the third stage.The test results showed that the salt mass content and the water weight percentage in desalted oil were lower than 3 mL/L and 0.3 wt% respectively under above conditions.
