高酸原油加工装置高温离心泵有关问题的探讨

摘　　要：针对某加工高酸原油装置中高温离心泵出现盘不动车和机械密封泄漏的现象,分析了盘不动车的主要原因是制造商设计的口环间隙过小以及无法进行暖泵操作,其解决方案为现场车削口环并联系厂商更换和开孔引入热油暖泵;机械密封泄漏的主要原因是摩擦副材质选取不当且密封辅助系统无法正常投入使用,需更换新材质的机械密封并启动Plan 32冲洗冷却,并提出了相应的预防措施。The analysis of failure in turning gear of HT centrifugal pumps and leaking of mechanical seals in crude distillation unit processing high TAN crude has found that the main causes are too small design spacing of casing ring and no means to perform pump heating operation.To solve these problems,the casing ring has to be replaced,hot oil has to be introduced to heat the pump,mechanical seal of appropriate material needs to be replaced,and Plan 32 flush cooling has to be provided.Other corresponding preventive measures are also recommended.
