摘  要:本试验研究用自行研制的炉内采样器与测温定氧枪并联同步的方法,对炼钢过程炉内钢液进行取样,分析全氧和碳,同时测定溶解氧和温度。其结果经回归运算,找出了20号钢熔炼过程中溶解氧、全氧、温度、碳之间的平衡方程式,达到了通过利用测定氧的结果来预测控制钢液中全氧量、碳量的目的。By using the selfmade iiside-fumace sampler and the thermometric and oxygen determining lance in parallel to take sample from liquid steel during the steelmaking process is studied.The sample is used to determine total oxygen and carbon at the same time to determine dissolved oxygen and temperature. By regression the equilibrium equation of dissolved oxygen, total oxygen , carbon and temperature in smelting process of No20 steel is established.According to the results of temperature and oxygen determined, the total oxygen and carbon can be calculated and controlled in liquid steel.
