通脉软胶囊的提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的优选通脉软胶囊提取的最佳工艺条件。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定原儿茶醛含量以及浸膏得率为综合评判指标,通过L9(3)4正交实验设计,考察提取时间、加水量、提取温度和提取次数等因素对提取工艺的影响。结果提取最佳工艺条件为在100℃下加水煎煮两次,提取2.5小时,每次加水10倍量。结论该提取工艺合理可行,适合工业大生产。The objective of the thesis is to optimize the Tongmai softgel capsules extraction.The method of it is by using the HPLC method for the determination of protocatechuic aldehyde content and extraction rate for the comprehensive evaluation index,through the L9（3）4 orthogonal experimental design,inspection,water extraction time,extraction temperature and extraction times on the extraction process of influence factors.Results are the optimal conditions for the extraction of 100 DEG C in boiling water for two times,each time from 2.5 hours,adding 10 times water quantity.Conclusion is drawn that the extraction process is reasonable and feasible,and suitable for industrial production.
