摘　　要：钢筋混凝土筒体结构烟囱,一般筒体直径不大,筒壁不厚,筒身高度很高,一般都有几十米以上。采用常规倒模施工,作业空间小,高空作业安全风险大,进度也相对较慢,投入的材料设备及人员相对较多,增加施工成本。由于烟囱都为变截面筒体结构,且直径不大,采用常规倒模施工,筒身中心点和垂直度的控制难度较大,容易产生较大误差。采用倒模施工还会产生过多的施工缝,一定程度上影响工程质量。采用无井架液压滑模施工(下文简称滑模施工)能解决以上的一系列问题,并且在保证质量和安全的前提下,能加快工期,减少施工成本。Tube structure of reinforced concrete chimneys, generally small diameter cylinder, the cylinder wall is not thick, high altitude Flashlight, generally tens of meters or more. The use of mold construction also generates excessive construction joints, to a certain extent affects the quality of the project. Derrick - free hydraulic slipform construction （hereinafter referred to as slip- form construction） over a series of problems to solve, and to ensure quality and safety of the premise, can speed up the schedule and reduce construction costs.
