摘　　要：目的:了解手术室护士对医疗器械管理相关法规的认知状况。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对209名手术室护士进行医疗器械相关法规认知调查。结果:目前手术室护士掌握医疗器械相关法规状况不容乐观,在13个被调查问题中,回答正确率平均不到一半(46.88%);不同职称护理人员对医疗器械相关法规知识掌握情况比较:主管护师以上人员与护师、护士之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),护士与护师之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:医疗机构应当进一步重视和加强对手术室护士进行医疗器械相关法规的知识培训,重视护士参与医疗器械质量追踪和对护士进行不良事件主动报告的教育引导。Objective： To explore the cognition status about medical apparatus and instruments management regulation in operating room nurses. Method： We used self designed questionnaire to investigate 209 nurses from operating room. Results： The cognition status about medical apparatus and instruments management regulation in operating room nurses was not so good. Only 46.88% of them gave correct answer to 13 questions. There were differences between supervisor nurse and senior nurse or junior nurse （P〈0.01）.No difference was found between senior nurse and junior nurse （P〉0.01）. Conclusion： We should pay more attention on medical apparatus and instruments management regulation training for operating room nurses to improve their awareness on quality control and adverse events report related to medical apparatus and instruments.
