摘　　要：目的通过对"呼吸机干预体系"的执行过程进行监控与改进,以达到有效降低呼吸机相关性肺炎感染率。方法应用质量改进技术与方法对"呼吸机干预体系"的执行符合率进行持续质量改进,提高执行符合率,保证实施效果。结果通过对"呼吸机干预体系"的执行情况进行监控,能提高"呼吸机干预体系"的执行符合率,降低呼吸机相关性肺炎感染率,达到质量要求。结论实施有效的监控是"呼吸机干预体系"执行工作的质量保证和改进。The ventilator-associated pneumonia can be effectively reduced with the monitoring on the implementation of ＂ventilator bundle＂ and its improvement.The techniques and methods of quality improvement can be applied in the continuous quality improvement in the coincidence rate of implementation of ＂ventilator bundle＂ so as to raise the coincidence rate of implementation and guarantee the implementing effect.With the monitoring on the implementation of ＂ventilator bundle＂,the coincidence rate of implementation can be raised,the ventilator-associated pneumonia can be reduced and reach the quality requirement.The effective monitoring is the quality guarantee and improvement in the implementation of ＂ventilator bundle＂.
