参松养心胶囊与胺碘酮片治疗冠心病心律失常成本—效果分析

摘　　要：目的:比较参松养心胶囊与胺碘酮片治疗冠心病心律失常所产生的经济效果。方法:根据文献选择100例冠心病心律失常患者,随机分成两组,分别给予参松养心胶囊、胺碘酮片治疗,疗程均为4周。运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行评价。结果:从临床有效率与不良反应率看,参松养心胶囊组与胺碘酮片组分别为68%、72%与14%、24%,参松养心胶囊优于胺碘酮片;从药物经济学看,两组的单位效果成本分别为502.8元、280元,胺碘酮片优于参松养心胶囊。结论:医生在为患者选择治疗方案时,应综合考虑患者的具体情况(如经济能力、身体素质等),在安全有效与经济实用中找到最佳平衡点。Objective:To investigate their economic effects by comparing the parameters Song Yang Xin Capsule with Amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart arrhythmia.Methods:100 cases of coronary heart arrhythmia from the Literature were randomly divided into two groups.Participants were given Song Yang Xin Capsule or Amiodarone for 4-week treatment.The pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis was used for evaluation.Results:In terms of the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate,Song Yang Xin Capsule and Amiodarone tablets were 68%,72% and 14%,24%,Song Yang Xin Capsule is better than Amiodarone tablets;in terms of the drug economy,the effective unit cost of the two groups was 502.8 yuan and 280 yuan,Amiodarone is superior to parameters Song Yang Xin Capsule.Conclusion:Doctors,based on patients' specific circumstances(such as financial ability,physical fitness,etc.),try to find the best balance between the efficacy and the economy.
