不同浓度GA_3、IAA、6-BA对菜瓜种子发芽的影响

摘　　要：为了明确赤霉素(GA3)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)等植物生长调节剂对菜瓜(Cucumis melo L.var.flexuosus Naud)种子发芽的影响,采用GA3(40、120、200、280mg/L)、IAA(0.5、5、50、100mg/L)、6-BA(0.1、0.5、25、12.5mg/L)处理菜瓜种子后,调查了发芽势、发芽率、根长和单株鲜重。结果表明,在处理浓度范围内,120mg/L的GA3处理能提高菜瓜种子的发芽率,而200mg/L的GA3能同时提高菜瓜种子的发芽势和发芽率,并能使菜瓜苗根长增加。0.5mg/L的IAA处理能提高菜瓜种子的发芽势,而5、50mg/L的IAA能同时提高菜瓜种子的发芽势和发芽率。0.1～12.5mg/L的6-BA处理都能提高菜瓜种子的发芽势。但是,GA3、IAA、6-BA处理对菜瓜苗的单株鲜重均无显著影响。综合来看,200mg/L的GA3不仅能提高菜瓜种子的发芽势和发芽率,而且能使菜瓜苗根长增加,是其中效果最好的处理,5～50mg/L的IAA、2.5mg/L及以下浓度的6-BA也能提高菜瓜种子的发芽率。In order to clarify the influence of plant growth regulators GA3,IAA and 6-BA on seed germination of snake melon(Cucumis melo L.var.flexuosus Naud),seeds of snake melon were treated with GA3(40,120,200,280mg/L),IAA(0.5,5,50,100mg/L) and 6-BA(0.1,0.5,2.5,12.5mg/L),and the germination potential,germination rate,root length and fresh weight per plant were investigated.The results showed that among the concentrations,120mg/L of GA3 increased the seed germination rate of snake melon,while 200mg/L of GA3 improved both the seed germination potential and germination rate while increasing the seedling root length;0.5mg/L of IAA could improve the seed germination potential of snake melon,and 5mg/L and 50mg/L of IAA increased seed germination potential while improving the germination rate;0.1~12.5mg/L of 6-BA improved seed germination potential of snake melon.However,GA3,IAA and 6-BA did not have an obvious influence on the fresh weight per plant of snake melon.To sum up,200mg/L of GA3 was the best one within the whole study and improved both the seed germination potential and germination rate of snake melon,and increased the seeding root length.Also 5~50mg/L of IAA and 2.5mg/L and below the concentration of 6-BA could increase the seed germination rate of snake melon.
