摘　　要：目的探讨成人肾母细胞瘤(adult Wilms'tumor,AWT)的临床诊断、鉴别及治疗。方法结合文献回顾性分析3例AWT的临床特点、病理资料与诊治情况。结果 3例均行手术治疗,术后辅以化疗,随访1～4年,仍生存。结论 AWT术前与其他肾脏恶性肿瘤不易鉴别。治疗上首选手术切除肿瘤,术后根据病理分期辅以放疗和化疗,可明显提高治愈率并改善其预后。Objective To explore the methods of diagnosis and treatment for adult Wilms＇ tumor.Methods Clinical data of 3 cases of adult Wilms＇ tumor were analysed retrospectively and literatures were reviewed.Results All patients were treated by surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Followed up 1-4 years,3 patients are alive.Conclusion Adult nephroblastoma is difficult to identify from other renal malignant neoplasms.Surgery is recommended for all patients.Radiotherapy and chemotherapy can significantly improve the curative ratio and prognosis according to pathological stage.
