摘　　要：目的:探讨3DP和PHS补片修补腹股沟疝的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2009年1—8月应用3DP和PHS补片行开放性前入路腹膜前修补术的106例腹股沟疝患者的临床资料。结果:106例患者平均手术时间(50±12)min,平均术后住院时间(4.1±1.4)d。患者伤口均一期愈合,无感染发生。术后平均随访20个月(18～26个月),无复发。结论:应用3DP和PHS补片治疗腹股沟疝安全有效,术后恢复快,近期疗效满意。Objective：To observe the effects of Prolene 3D patch （3DP）and Prolene Hernia System （PHS） in the repair of inguinal hernia. Methods：The clinical data of 106 cases with inguinal hernia repaired by 3DP and PHS from January to August 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results.. The operative time was （50±12） minutes. The length of postoperative hospital stay was （4.1±1.4） days. All the wounds healed without infection. No recurrence was found in a mean of 20 months （ range from 18-26 months） of follow-up after operation. Conclusions..Repair of inguinal hernia using 3DP or PHS is a safe and effective procedure with rapid convalescence.
