摘  要:针对两相流流动过程变化快速等特点,设计并实现了一种基于CPCI(compact PCI)总线的电阻层析成像系统,该系统硬件结构采用可重构、框架式、柔性测试设计思想,将系统各功能分模块实现.通过FPGA实现各模块内功能的实现与控制以及模块间协作,利用DMA方式实现检测数据的高速传送;系统上位机人机交互软件同样采用模块化设计,将数据采集与数据处理功能通过多进程方式进行区分,可实现多种数据处理算法(图像重建算法、两相流参数计算与流型识别算法等)的集成与选择.静态模拟实验结果表明该系统可达到1 040幅/s数据的采集速度,并能实现较好的多物体图像重建,通过气水两相流动态模拟实验进一步验证了该系统在两相流检测中的应用潜力.Aiming at the online monitoring of two-phase flow, a Compact PCI (peripheral component interconnect) bus based ERT( electrical resistance tomography) system is presented in this paper. The hardware of this system is designed as re-configurable, frame-style and flexible, each function is implemented as an individual module. The function within each module is achieved with FPGA (field-programmable gate array) along with the control and cooperation between modules. Measurement data is transferred at a high data-rate in DMA( direct memory access) mode. The interface software dedicated for this system is also designed in the modular style, where the data acquisition and data processing run separately to achieve higher performance. Several algorithms (like image reconstruction, two-phase flow parameters calculation and flow regime recognition) are integrated as options within the software. The performance of this system was tested with static simulation, where 1040 frame/second of data collection as well as multi-object image reconstruction with acceptable precision is achieved. The dynamic performance of this system was further tested through dynamic experiments to explore its potential application in two-phase flow monitoring.
