摘 要:针对已有利用直流潮流模拟连锁故障的OPA模型在慢动态过程中模拟线路升级方式的不足,提出一种基于输电网扩展规划的OPA停电模型。该模型不仅在模拟过程中考虑了通过增加传输容量升级线路,而且采用了输电网扩展规划方法新建线路实现电网升级,使慢动态模拟过程更加符合实际电力系统演化过程。用蒙特卡洛抽样方法获取快动态周期内每回线路的停运状态,通过模拟该状态运行方式确定是否会发生连锁故障和失负荷。仿真结果表明,所提出的模型能够模拟电网的自组织临界性。通过算例比较,阐明了在进行连锁故障模拟时,系统停电规模会受到输电网新增线路的影响;通过输电网扩展规划从整体进行电网升级能够更好地提高电网的抗风险能力。To overcome the shortcoming of transmission lines update simulation in the slow dynamic process of the existing OPA model,an improved OPA model based on transmission network expansion planning is proposed.This model not only considers that transmission lines are updated by increasing their capacities,but also adopts the method of transmission network expansion planning to rebuild lines to achieve grid upgrading so that the simulation of the slow dynamic process is in more accordance with the evolution of a real power system.Monte Carlo sampling method is used to obtain the outage state of each line in the fast dynamic period,and the simulation of the operation mode of each state is used to determine whether cascading failures and loss of load will happen.The simulation results indicate that this model can simulate self-organized criticality of grid.Comparing with an example,it clearly explains that the outage scale of failures is influenced by the rebuilt lines in the transmission network while simulating cascading failures.Using transmission network expansion planning approach to holistically upgrade power grid can effectively enhance the grid against risks of cascading failure.
