单气囊小肠镜在结肠检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨单气囊小肠镜在全结肠检查方面的优越性。方法 1099例患者随机分为A组(单气囊小肠镜,SBE),B组(普通结肠镜,RC)及C组(麻醉肠镜,PC),研究分析各组在完成全结肠失败率、内镜完成时间、满意率、并发症及安全性方面的情况。结果①镜检查A组与B组、C组比较,失败率全结肠差异无显著性(P>0.05)。②完成时间A组与B组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);但分别与C组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。③A组、C组分别与B组在满意率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);A组与C组满意度评分的比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。④在安全性和并发症方面,3组之间差异没有显著性(P>0.05)。结论单气囊小肠镜在全结肠检查方面是一种成功率、安全性以及舒适度更高的方法。尤其对于结肠走向多变以及对疼痛敏感的"特殊"患者,单气囊小肠镜具有独特优势和特殊的应用前景。[Objective] We studied the use of the single balloon enteroscopy（SBE） in exam of the colon and tried to explore the advantage of the SBE.[Methods] 1099 patients who required colon examination were randomly assigned to three groups.In group A,279 patients underwent single balloon enteroscopy.In group B,583 patients underwent routine colonoscopy.In group C,237 patients underwent the painless colonoscopy by using the propofol.We evaluated the difference in failure rate,completion time,satisfaction and security among the three groups.[Result] ①There were no significant differences between the three groups in failure rate of completing the entire colon exam.It is in the group A that the percent of failure rate is the lowest.②There were no significant differences between the group A and group B.On the contrary,there were significant differences between the group A and group C.③The group A and the group C got the more satisfied scores than group B and there were no significant differences in both.④The three groups were all safe in exam of the colon.No serious complications happened in all.[Conclusion] The single balloon enteroscopy（SBE） is a low failure rate,safe and more satisfied method in exam of the colon.
