自制模型在腹腔镜下腹膜阴道成形术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制阴道模型在腹腔镜下腹膜阴道成形术的临床应用价值。方法于2008年4月～2010年3月该院共实施腹腔镜下腹膜阴道成形术13例,在术中均使用由塑料注射器改制成的自制阴道模型,并对术式进行了改进。结果 13例手术均取得成功,术后均获随访,随访时间2个月～1.5年,无术后并发症发生。成形之阴道宽敞,黏膜粉红色、润滑、弹性好,外阴外观无改变,性生活满意。结论自制阴道模型取材方便、制作简单、价格低廉,适合成形后的人工阴道。经改进后的术式可有效减少并发症。[Objective] To evaluate the use value of the homemade vaginal moulds in laparoscopic peritoneum vaginoplasty.[Methods] From April 2008 to March 2010,13 cases of congenital absence of vagina were treated by laparoscopic peritoneum vaginoplasty in our hospital.We used the homemade vaginal moulds in all the operations.[Results] The operations were successful in 13 cases without any infection or scar contracture,according to the 2 month ~ 1.5 years follow-up.After the procedures,the artificial vagina of all the patients could hold a speculum and the mucosa appeared soft and smooth with normal lubrication.The married patients were satisfactory to the intercourse.[Conclusions] The homemade vaginal models were easily derived and inexpensive.They were suitable for the artificial vaginas.The complications can be effectively reduced with the improvement of the surgical.
