摘  要:随着中国污水处理厂处理量的快速增长,传统的污泥处理处置方法已经不能完全解决污泥的出路问题,污泥过程减量技术已成为解决剩余污泥难题的最佳方法。根据污水生物处理过程中的减量机制,污泥过程减量技术可归纳为溶胞-微生物隐性生长、代谢解偶联、微型动物捕食和维持代谢四大类。对各类技术的对比分析可知,通过污水处理工艺革新实现污泥减量要明显优于外加化学氧化剂、解偶联剂、微生物制剂和原后生动物的方法,这将成为今后污泥过程减量技术研发的热点。With the rapid increase of wastewater treatment scale in China, the waste sludge problem can not be completely solved by traditional sludge treatment and disposal method, while sludge process reduction(SPR) technologies have become an optimal and promising solution. According to reduction mechanisms in the biological wastewater treatment process, SPR technologies can be divided into four categories : lysis - cryptic growth, uncoupling, prey by protozoa and metazoan, and maintenance metabo- lism. Based on comprehensive comparison among various SPR technologies, sludge reduction technologies achieved by wastewater treatment process innovation are significantly better than those methods via the addition of chemical oxidants, uncoupling agents, microbial agents, protozoa and metazoan, and will become the hot spot of SPR technology research.
