摘　　要：阐述电子病历推广使用中遇到的医生对病历复制的问题,结合上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院实践经验,提出在软件层面建立一系列管理办法,并对其实施效果进行对比分析。认为通过技术和病历管理措施的跟进,可以在提高医护人员工作效率的同时控制电子病历质量。The paper depicts the existing electronic medical records duplication problems of doctors in implementing electronic medi- cal records. Combined with experiences of Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, it proposes a row of management solutions in software level, and compares the implementation effects. It remains that through advancement in technology and medical records management eountemeasures, efficiency of health care staffs and the quality of electronic medical records would be promoted.
