摘　　要：分析北京市卫生行业人力信息资源管理的现状,对目前存在的问题进行总结,重点讨论北京市卫生行业人力信息资源主题目录的编制及其在解决信息资源管理问题、实现信息共享和交换中的作用。The paper introduces the current situation of human information resources management in Beijing health industry, generalizes the current existing problems, then it focuses on discussing the establishment of subject catalogue for human information resources and its function in solving information resources management problem, realizing the sharing and exchange of information.
