摘　　要：介绍医学信息管理专业的发展历程与培养目标,阐明医院信息系统定义及在我国发展现状,探讨在医学信息管理专业中开设医院信息系统课程的必要性,提出以"课堂——实验——见习——实习——毕业设计"模式实现教学目标,为医学院校培养信息人才提供参考。The paper analyzes development process and training targets of medical information management specialty, elaborates the definition of hospital information system （HIS） as well as its development status in China, discusses the necessity of setting up hospital in- formation system eurriculum in medical information management specialty. After that, it proposes a norm to realize the education target, namely, ＂ class instruction - experiments - trainee - internship - graduation project＂ , in order to provide references for information talents cultivation in medical colleges and universities.
