摘　　要：目的对3种膀胱造瘘方法治疗急性尿潴留的临床应用价值进行比较。方法 180例急性尿潴留患者被随机分为3组,第1组:传统开放手术组,第2组:膀胱穿刺造瘘术组;第3组:中心静脉导管穿刺造瘘术组,每组病例60例,对各组患者的手术时间、住院时间、瘘口愈合时间及手术并发症进行分析比较。结果采用中心静脉导管穿刺造瘘组在住院时间、瘘口愈合时间及手术后不良反应均优于前两组。结论采用中心静脉导管膀胱造瘘替代传统的膀胱切开造瘘和膀胱套管针造瘘治疗急性尿潴留,操作简单,经济实惠,创伤更小,安全性更高,值得在基层医院推广应用。【Objective】 To compare the clinical value on three kinds of cystostomy to treat acute urinary retention.【Methods】 180 patients who had acute urinary retention were divided into 3 groups randomly,Group 1： the traditional open surgery;Group 2： Cystostomy by puncture trocar;Group 3： Cystostomy by central venous catheter puncture,60 cases of patients in each group.The operation time,hospitalization time,fistula healing time and complications of each group＇paitient were compared.【Results】 The hospitalization time,fistula healing time and complications of group 3（cystostomy by central venous catheter picture） were better than the first two groups.【Conclusion】 Cystostomy by central venous catheter puncture to treat acute urinary retention is more simple,more affordable,less invasive,more secure than traditional open surgery and cystostomy by puncture trocar.Cystostomy by central venous catheter puncture to treat acute urinary retention is a suitable way in Primary hospital.
